Hotel 1001 Nott - Egilsstadir

The location is decent but if you expect to unlock your room without a degree in engineering, good luck! And shockingly, no welcome gift for me, a fine oversight, like they forget who they're accommodating. Breakfast could offer more than just basic options too. I was almost ready to rave about it but just couldn't, really disappointing experience.

Tastefully decorated units with good breakfast, a stunning view plus amazing views, and the staff were extremely helpful. Our hotel was in a peaceful location in a beautiful setting😃🙂

We spent good time and didn't want to say goodbye. The hotel was modern, reasonably large and spotless room. All staff was helpful and attentive and gave some tips about Egilsstathir. We ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner. This venue was situated in the remote position. The hotel was in a perfect area.

The hotel is nestled in a serene location with fine nature views,, and the spacious room featured large glass windows that brightened our stay. Excellent dining options added delight to our experience.

My favourite property in Egilsstadir. A huge variety of food at the savoury and tasty breakfast. Nice styled room with a mini fridge bar, central heating, and television for a really lovely stay. Stunning location when travelling to Egilsstadir. Good home base for trip in Egilsstadir...

Location: the hotel was so close to the lake and the tiver and the Mountains. The breakfast was savoury and tasty with home made food, there were excellent pastries, jam and omelet.

Lovely views and the room was compact yet stylish! Hot tubs perched above the lake were a good treat for relaxation. Plenty of parking made things so easy for us.

Navigating the wood chip pathways with luggage seemed like a game of hurdle! And the TV? Let's just say, I've seen bigger screens on my phone!

staying here allowed me to enjoy a cozy room with beautiful lake views and take long walks around the area with close proximity to the East Iceland Heritage Museum, a highlight of my trip.

Absolutely loved this spot! So warm and inviting, such a good culinary experience.

The location is perfect, right by the riverside with beautiful mountain views straight from the bed. I loved working along the river surrounded by wildflowers and listening to birds sing all around. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the homemade bread!

Surrounded by serene woodland, the bungalow-style accommodations offered charming views of the lake, while the hot tubs provided a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast featured really good quality, especially the wood-fired pizza and mouthwatering blueberry jam. Navigating the pathways with luggage was cumbersome, and the absence of a coffee maker in the room was disappointing. Accessing the restaurant during poor weather was also a challenge.

Staying here was a dream! The hot tub overlooking the lake was magical, and the breakfast with fresh omelets was a delicious treat. The rooms had stunning views, but our TV didn’t work initially.

The place was clean. I booked the twin/double room with mountain views, everything was perfect. - the staff was VERY FRIENDLY, excellent. - the food for breakfast was outstanding and fab. SR:

I had no complaints during my stay at Hotel 1001 Nott in Egilsstadir. the venue fully met my needs, and I would definitely recommend it.

This place is super pretty and spotless, located in a modern building with an amazing view of the lake. You can easily find nice restaurants and a river nearby. 🏞️.
